We also provide virtual meetings via Zoom, along with the convenience of communication through phone and email. Every vacation is unique, and we approach it with that mindset. Whether you're celebrating a special anniversary, have specific dietary preferences, or have any other unique requests, Northstar Travel is here to make your trip exceptional! We're a full-service travel agency with agents specializing in various areas. Each agent is here to work with you, ensuring your trip is everything you dream of!

At Northstar Travel, we highly recommend Trip Cancellation Insurance with our trusted provider, Manulife Insurance. Our travel insurance options include coverage for out-of-country medical expenses and visitors to Canada. We strongly advocate for Travel Insurance based on our firsthand experience with filed claims. If a client opts not to take our insurance, we request them to sign a waiver. We make sure our clients are protected with out-of-country medical insurance. We're here to assist you before, during, and after your trip.

Our professional service fees start at $30.00 per person. We don't charge for travel quotes, unless it involves group quotes that require additional time and attention.

For 39 years, Northstar Travel has been sending people on memorable journeys! We are Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) registered and boast a team of over 130 Travel Associates with a collective experience of over 1000 years in the industry.

At Northstar Travel, we serve a diverse range of clients, from children's groups to honeymooners, young families, and senior trips. We expertly handle all types of group requests. While based in Kitchener, Ontario, we proudly serve clients worldwide.

We organize well over 100 groups annually, spanning a variety of experiences, from Safaris to River Cruises. Additionally, we specialize in planning Destination Weddings.
