From start to finish, Annie completely exceeded what we expected from a travel agent! Her first hand knowledge of different resorts and ability to answer questions quickly made picking our resort so easy! She provided so much extra assistance and offered support which allowed us to travel with ease despite having two young children with us! We had to reschedule our trip after a hurricane hit Mexico the week before our departure date and Annie made rebooking so easy! Her communication did not stop after the trip was booked but rather helped us communicate and work with our Sunwing rep even when we were at the resort and returning on our home flight.
